Commission & Income Rules

💰 Earnings Structure

Agency Commission: All agencies receive 5% commission on total host earnings.

Host's Share: 30% of the call charges received by the Company will be paid to the Host.

Earnings Per Minute: Starting at 60 coins/min and going up to a maximum of 160 coins/min. Poor performance may reduce the rate to 20 coins/min.

Coin Value: 10 Coins = ₹1

Host Ranking and income levels are determined based on the company's points system (600 points required in 15 days to maintain active status).
💵 Additional Income Methods

User Referral Income: If a Host refers a user, they earn 2% commission on every recharge made by that user.

Host Referral Bonus: Refer a new Host — if that Host reaches a total income of ₹5,000, you receive a ₹500 bonus.

🏅 How to Earn Points
(a) Call to Points

Any call lasting more than 1 minute 30 seconds is counted as a paid call.

Example: A 10-minute call earns 25 points
First 2 min = 5 pts  |  Every min after = 2.5 pts
(b) Online Time Points

Earn 2 points for every 1 hour you stay online on the app.

Note: The point-earning rule for "host referrals" has been removed.

Points are calculated over a 15-day window. Rates are subject to change as per company policy.

Host Rules & Regulations

🌸 Host Code of Conduct

There should be proper lighting and clear sound during the call.

Always sit in the correct position during the call — no lying down or slouching.

Appropriate clothing and neat appearance are required during every call.

No other person should be present or visible in the background during a call.

No household work or other activities should be done while on a call.

Calling from outdoor locations (terrace, garden, road, etc.) is not allowed.

Children must not be present around you during a call.

Sharing personal information (WhatsApp number, Instagram ID, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
🏢 Agency Rules

The agency must regularly audit its hosts (the company will provide coins for audit calls).

The agency should continuously recruit new hosts to grow the team.

The agency must guide, train, and motivate its hosts to perform at their best.

Payment Rules

💳 Withdrawal & Payment

Payment is processed upon the Host's withdrawal request.

Fast Payment: Hosts with 1000+ points get paid the same day (within 6 hours).

Regular Payment: Hosts with less than 1000 points are paid within 2–5 working days.

Minimum Payout:
Host: 25,000 Coins (= ₹2,500)  |  Agency: ₹5,000
