LovePair ("we", "our", or "us") operates a social video calling application offering private video calls, random calls, real-time chat, coins, gifts, and other interactive features. By installing or using our app, you accept and agree to this Privacy Policy.
a. Personal Information: Name, email/phone number, gender, date of birth, profile photo and account details.
b. Device Information: IP address, device type, model, OS version, crash logs, performance & usage analytics.
c. In-App Activity: Call duration logs, gift & coin transaction history, chat logs (encrypted), wallet records.
d. Payments: Processed securely through third-party providers (Razorpay / UPI / Google Play Billing). We do not store full card or bank details.
All user information is stored securely and protected with encryption. Video/audio calls are not recorded or monitored by us.
We do not sell or trade personal data for marketing or advertising.
